     The geographical features of Thailand includes 83 provinces, each with their own unique, accentuated flavors.

    At SkyIce we have drawn from our favorites to help guide and create our menu. Whether it's Khao Soi from Chiang Mai, Sukothai Noodle from Sukothai, our variety of Larb salads prepared Esan style, or Gang Lueng from Trang, your dining experience will be rich in authenticity and distinction.

    Our Chef Team are from the different  Provinces all around Thailand , further adds to our eclectic menu with their own creations from their region.  such as Mom's Fried Rice.  A tribute to his Mother from Southern area.

    From this we bring to you a flare of the dynamically exquisite and harmonious flavors of this internationally famous cuisine.

     Our unique style, that lives somewhere in-between ice cream and gelato, of Asian inspired flavors are designed to dazzle your taste buds and take you where no other ice cream or sorbet has taken you before. 

    Some of our most celebrated flavors include: Thai Tea, Black Sesame Seaweed, Durian, White Miso Almond, Wasabi Peanut Butter, Roasted Thai Coconut, Raspberry Cilantro, Basil Sage, Lychee Rose, and Cucumber Lime.  Of course we make room for the classics too: Belgian Chocolate Brownie, Vanilla Bean, Caramel Sea Salt, Mango, and Green Tea.

    With over a 300 flavors in our repertoire we shuffle and improvise seasonally.
